Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD / MASLD)
The most under-diagnosed liver problem in India. Reversible — if caught and treated early.
Symptoms to watch
- Fatigue
- Right upper-abdomen discomfort
- Often silent — found on routine scan or LFT
- Insulin resistance / pre-diabetes
Our approach
- 01Confirm with LFT, ultrasound, FIB-4 and shear-wave elastography (no needles where avoidable)
- 02Body composition analysis — sarcopenia is hidden in many "thin" fatty liver patients
- 03Personalised dietary plan + structured exercise
- 04Treat the metabolic root cause: insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, sleep, stress
- 05Pharmacotherapy only when indicated, never as a shortcut
Common questions
Is fatty liver reversible?
Yes — in most early-stage patients, with sustained lifestyle change and metabolic optimisation. The earlier we intervene, the more complete the reversal.
Do I need a biopsy?
In most cases, no. Shear-wave elastography and blood-based scores can stage fibrosis non-invasively for the majority of patients.
